High Risk pregnancies for Pretern labor

• 1: Previous History of Preterm Delivery
• 2: Risk of Threatened Miscarriage
• 3: Pregnant Women with PCOS
• 4: Short cervix at 22nd Week (less then 30mm)
• 5: Premature birth were reduced by 50% if 100mg progesterone is given vaginally daily in pregnancy

Ovapro plus prevent PROM & PTB in high risk women.

• 1: 1/3rd of PTB is associated with PROM
• 2: Progesterone may block pro inflammatory cytokine induced Apoptosis of Fetal Membrane thereby preventing PROM & PTB.

DOSAGES:

Prevention & Maintenances: OvaproPlus 100mg BD (Orally or Vaginally) from mid or late 2nd trimester till 36th week

Acute Preterm Phase:

OvaproPlus 400mg (200mg ×2) every 6 to 8 hour Thereafter, meintenace Therapy upto 36th week
